# TrustedPoF

> TrustedPoF is an enterprise trade finance SaaS platform that provides AI-powered proof of funds verification, KYC/AML compliance screening, smart escrow, and zero-knowledge proofs for global commodity and trade finance transactions. It is used by traders, brokers, buyers, sellers, and financial institutions worldwide to verify counterparties and secure deals without exposing sensitive financial data.

## What TrustedPoF Does

TrustedPoF enables "programmable trust" for global trade:

- **Proof of Funds (PoF Vault)**: Verifies that a buyer has sufficient funds to complete a trade deal using zero-knowledge proofs — counterparties confirm sufficiency without seeing account numbers or exact balances.
- **Proof of Product (PoP Locker)**: Verifies the existence and ownership of physical commodities (oil, gold, agricultural goods, metals) without exposing supply chain details.
- **Proof of Stock**: Validates commodity inventory at certified storage locations (Vopak, Oiltanking, ADNOC, Brinks, Loomis). Supported: EN590 diesel, Jet A-1, crude oil, gold bullion, silver, copper, wheat, sugar, and more.
- **Smart Escrow**: Programmable, milestone-based escrow that releases funds automatically when agreed conditions are met — blockchain-anchored for tamper-proof audit.
- **BrokerGuard**: Protects broker commission fees in multi-party trade chains using NCNDA-compatible deal graphs and entitlement locks to prevent deal circumvention.
- **TrustGraph**: Counterparty risk scoring using AI, deal history, KYC status, sanctions screening, and on-chain transaction data.

## AI Compliance Engine

TrustedPoF includes a live AI compliance engine powered by Claude 3 (Amazon Bedrock, eu-west-1):

- **KYC Screening**: AI identity verification, PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening, and risk scoring
- **AML Screening**: AI transaction monitoring and anti-money laundering checks
- **Sanctions Screening**: Real-time OFAC SDN, UN Security Council, and EU sanctions list checks (19,000+ entities, refreshed daily)
- **Bank Validation**: AI-powered SWIFT code and IBAN verification
- **Document Fraud Detection**: Authenticity scoring for trade documents, certificates, and identity documents
- **Deal Risk Scoring**: Country risk, commodity risk, payment method risk, and counterparty risk assessment
- **KYC Document Analysis**: AI review of passports, business licences, incorporation certificates

All AI features are available free on the starter tier. Premium features include document fraud detection, deal risk scoring, and counterparty risk assessment.
